One of the oldest farms in Boston's western suburbs (since 1650), now a full day out with kids: admission includes a train ride around the orchard, a play area, and the animals, and then you pick seasonal fruit by the bag — strawberries in June, peaches and blueberries in summer, apples and pumpkins in September–October.

💡 Tips
Weekend admission costs more than weekdays, and buying online saves a few dollars. The train is a 2-year-old's favorite; go straight to the play area afterward. Bring sun hats and wipes; the orchards are dirt paths that a jogging stroller can handle. There is a brewery and snack stands, so no need to pack lunch.
