A small zoo on the shore of Spot Pond, done in exactly two hours, flat, and almost impossible to lose a kid in: jaguars, snow leopards, black bears, Mexican wolves, flamingos, and a noisy herd of goats, sized so a 2-year-old does not melt down from exhaustion while a 7-year-old still gets to see big cats.

💡 Tips
Fewer people and easier parking than Franklin Park, the first choice for families north of the city. ZooLights runs evenings from late November to early January (separate ticket). The Sheepfold meadow at Middlesex Fells is right next door for a full day.
