The only math museum in the country, and everything is hands-on: ride a square-wheeled tricycle, become a fractal in the mirror room, pull strings to form curved surfaces; kids 5 and up get the most absorbed, while 2-year-olds mostly watch the lights and run along.

💡 Tips
Admission is about $25 per adult and $20 per child, free under 2; weekend afternoons are busy. The Madison Square Park playground and the original Shake Shack are right outside.
