Washington's most visited state park: watch the tide surge through the channel from the 180-foot bridge, then explore West Beach's wide stretch of pebbles and sand, swim in the warmer waters of Cranberry Lake next door, and wander through wind-bent old-growth forest.

💡 Tips
An hour and a half from Bellevue, so make it a full day; hold hands tightly on the bridge. Anacortes or La Conner make good stops on the way.
