The aquarium on Pier 59: sea otters and seals are the perennial stars, the tide pool touch tanks let kids feel starfish and anemones, and the Ocean Pavilion that opened in 2024 has a huge tropical reef tank arching overhead.
💡 Tips
Tickets are about $35+ for adults and about $25 for kids 4 and up, with timed entry booked online; it's emptiest right at the 10am opening. Afterward, the new waterfront promenade is a short walk to Pike Place. What this place offers
