The longest-running zoo light show on Puget Sound, open nightly from after Thanksgiving to early January: hundreds of thousands of lights along the zoo paths form whales, octopuses, and Mount Rainier, some aquarium buildings stay open, and you can ride the carousel.

💡 Tips
Tickets are about $20/person with timed entry bought online; the 5pm opening slot on weekends is the quietest. It's a 45-plus-minute drive from Bellevue, so leave early and grab dinner on the way.
