The 200-foot Centennial Wheel takes about 12 minutes per rotation in enclosed, air-conditioned gondolas you can roll a stroller into, with the lake on one side and the city on the other at the top; afterward ride the old-fashioned carousel and watch the boats from the end of the pier.
