A small family farm in Rockwall with pick-your-own strawberries from April to May; the plants are low and the rows are wide, so a 2-year-old can squat down and pick, eating as they go. Blueberries sometimes follow in May and June.

💡 Tips

Check the farm's Facebook page or website for opening dates and whether there's fruit left; the first weekends after opening get picked clean fast, so arrive before 9am. Pay by the pound, and bring cash and your own basket. No shade in the fields, so wear hats.
