A former seminary turned state park, best known for what's billed as the Seattle area's largest wooden playground, plus dense forest and trails down to Lake Washington.

💡 Tips
The playground alone can fill a morning. The trail to the lake is an easy downhill and a tiring climb back (about 1.5 miles round trip), so judge your little one's stamina. The seminary is now a hotel; you can step into the lobby for a look.
