A peninsula jutting into Lake Washington, with a flat 2.4-mile paved loop: lake on one side, a rare patch of Seattle old-growth forest on the other, and with luck a bald eagle in its nest.

💡 Tips
The loop is fully stroller-friendly; when legs give out there's a playground by the entrance and a swimmable beach in summer. The dirt trails through the middle of the forest are quieter but hilly.
