The fall mecca for families north of Andover: a big orchard among red barns and windmills, pick-your-own apples, peaches, and blueberries, goats, chickens, and peacocks in the pens, a big play area with hay bales and tractors, and a farm store whose cider donuts have a perpetual line and a reputation to match.

💡 Tips
Blueberries in June, peaches in August, apples in September–October; fall weekends may charge admission per car or per person, check the website. Strollers struggle in the orchard. Close to the NH border, so stop in the seaside town of Newburyport for lunch on the way.
