From after Thanksgiving to early January, the lakeside paths of the Stone Zoo hang with hundreds of thousands of lights shaped into animals, tunnels, and trees, with real reindeer and Santa on weekends; it is flat, a 40-minute loop, exactly as long as a 2-year-old lasts in the cold.

💡 Tips
Buy timed tickets online ahead, as weekend slots sell out early; weeknights are quieter. It gets very cold at night, so wear snow gear, put a blanket over the stroller, and bring a thermos. Hot chocolate and snack stands on site.
