A 20-acre historic village in Dallas's oldest park: more than 30 real buildings from 1840–1910, an old train depot, and an old farm with sheep, donkeys, and chickens in the pens; kids can run the gravel paths all afternoon and still not see everything.

💡 Tips
Free since 2023 (some event days charge), usually closed Monday and Tuesday, check the website. The ground is gravel and grass, fine for a regular stroller; shade is so-so, so fall is the most comfortable.
