Every day at 11:30am and 4:00pm, real cowboys walk a herd of longhorns slowly down the brick of Exchange Ave, free to watch, and a 2-year-old on dad's shoulders goes wide-eyed; the district also has a paid petting zoo, a maze, and weekend rodeos.

💡 Tips
Grab a spot along the street 20 minutes before the drive; the cattle move slowly, so no need to worry. The brick streets are bumpy for strollers but doable. Midday is brutal in summer, so pick the morning drive. You can arrive on the Grapevine Vintage Railroad, which stops right in the district.
