The biggest aquarium in Southern California: the three-story Honda Blue Cavern tank right inside the door, touch pools for sharks and rays, sea otters, penguins and an outdoor lorikeet feeding aviary; a 2-year-old can sit in front of the jellyfish gallery for half an hour.

💡 Tips
Admission is about $45 for adults, $30 for ages 3–11; buy timed tickets online ahead. Weekends are emptiest right at the 9am opening and packed by afternoon. Rainbow Harbor outside has harbor cruises and whale watching (December to April).
