A small town on the Chesapeake Bay with a half-mile boardwalk along a narrow strip of sand; you can push the stroller all the way to the fishing pier to look at crab pots. The beach is small and safe, with ice cream shops and little restaurants right across the street, far more relaxed than a state park.
