The biggest outdoor rink in Northern Virginia, ringed by restaurants and coffee shops, with a roaring fireplace and holiday lights at the edge; skate aids are available for little kids, so this is where ages 3 and up take their first turn on the ice, and the Pentagon City mall is just across the street afterward.

💡 Tips
Open mid-November to early March; weekend afternoons are busy, so go at the morning opening or on a weekday evening. Wear long pants and gloves and bring a helmet (a bike helmet works). Skate aids are limited, so go early.
