A wooden play town that Heights residents built themselves in the 1990s, with a castle, rope bridges, a wooden train to crawl through and several slides, all under the deep shade of old oaks. Houston's most fairy-tale free playground.

💡 Tips
No restrooms, so use a nearby coffee shop first. Some parts of the wooden structure are high, so stay close to kids under 3. Take a stroller walk along the tree-lined Heights Blvd esplanade, or head to the Downtown Aquarium 10 minutes away.
