A county park built in memory of the seven Challenger astronauts, where a boardwalk follows Clear Creek through tall woods with turtles and herons, and a playground and picnic pavilions sit next to the memorial plaza. A great place to burn off energy after Space Center.

💡 Tips

Lots of shade, so it's one of the few Clear Lake trails still walkable in summer; the boardwalk has gaps, so hold on to little ones. It's only 10 minutes from Space Center Houston.
