The most kid-friendly stretch of the Spring Creek Greenway: the nature play area by the entrance is built from fallen logs, sand and stones, and big kids can climb for an hour. The paved creekside path is flat and easy to push, herons hang around the fishing pond, and you can watch people launch canoes from the dock.

💡 Tips
Go on weekend mornings, as there's not enough shade by midday. The trail continues all the way to Jesse Jones Park, so go as far as your kids want. Spring Creek floods the trail after heavy storms; check Precinct 4 notices.
